Connect Pabbly Connect to MailNesto

Popular in India — connect Razorpay, Instamojo, Google Sheets and more.

Overview

Pabbly Connect and MailNesto, together

Pabbly Connect is popular with Indian businesses because it already talks to the payment, form and course tools they use. Adding MailNesto to a workflow takes one step: “API by Pabbly → Execute API request” pointed at your private URL, with a JSON body that includes an email.

Most people use it to add contacts. Because any tool can also post to the Custom store URL, a Pabbly workflow can record sales as orders too, so payments from a tool MailNesto doesn’t connect to directly still show up in your revenue reports.

Ideas

What you can do with it

Instamojo buyers into a product welcome

A digital creator selling planners through Instamojo can send buyers to MailNesto with the tag “planner-2026” and a welcome series that explains how to get the most out of it.

Record sales from other payment tools

Add a second step that posts the payment to your Custom store URL with orderId, email and total. Campaign reports then show revenue for sales made outside your main store.

Course enrolments to the right list

Send each course’s students to its own list so lesson reminders and certificates go only to the people who enrolled.

Sheet rows from your sales team

If the team logs walk-in customers in a sheet with a consent column, Pabbly can forward new rows and MailNesto adds only the people who said yes.

FAQ

Questions about the Pabbly Connect integration

Should I use Pabbly or the direct Razorpay connection?

For Razorpay, the direct connection is simpler: it records payments as orders, checks Razorpay’s signature and credits sales to emails. Use Pabbly for tools MailNesto doesn’t connect to directly.

Can one workflow add several contacts?

Yes. Send a JSON array of up to 100 contacts in one request.

Are phone numbers saved?

Yes, as a contact field (for example phone), which you can see on the profile, use in segments or send to a CRM. MailNesto sends email only.

What happens to people who unsubscribed before?

They stay unsubscribed. A connected app can update their details but never resubscribes them.
