What counts as a contact?
Every contact stored in your account, counted once even if they are on several lists. That includes unsubscribed and bounced contacts, so removing people you no longer need frees up room.
What happens if I send more emails than my plan includes?
You’ll see your usage under Plan & billing well before you reach the limit. In a busy month you can buy an email credit pack instead of upgrading, or move up a plan — upgrades apply straight away.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for twelve months at once and it works out cheaper than paying monthly — the saving is shown on each plan. Prices on this page for yearly plans are per month; the yearly total is shown underneath.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Paid plans come with a free trial, shown on each plan. You can also stay on the Free plan for as long as you like with a small list.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Move up or down from Plan & billing at any time. Upgrades start at once; if you move down, your data stays where it is and features above the new plan are paused rather than deleted.
Do you charge GST?
Prices in rupees are shown before 18% GST, and every invoice is a proper tax invoice with your GSTIN. Customers outside India pay in US dollars without GST.
Which plan do agencies need?
Business includes up to five client workspaces with campaign approvals. Premium adds unlimited client workspaces and white-label, so the app and public pages carry your brand.
Do I need a plan to send transactional emails?
The transactional email API — order confirmations, OTPs and e-tickets sent from your own app — is included from the Growth plan.
Questions about paying
How can I pay?
Pay by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets through Razorpay, by international card, or by bank transfer. Every payment comes with a GST invoice.
How soon is my plan activated?
Online payments activate your plan instantly. Bank transfers are activated as soon as we confirm the payment.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Turn off auto-renew from Plan & billing and your plan simply ends at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
