We help businesses grow with email

MailNesto is an email marketing platform for small and growing businesses across India and beyond.

Our story

We started MailNesto to give businesses smarter, simpler email marketing tools — without the complexity or the price tag of enterprise software.

Our team brings together specialists in deliverability, design and engineering. Together we build a platform that gets the right email to the right people at the right time, and we back it with real people who answer when you need help.

Our mission
Winning a customer is only the first step. Our mission is to help you keep them — with campaigns that are relevant, timely and trusted, so every email strengthens the relationship and brings repeat business.
What we stand for

How we work

Results first

Everything we build is measured by one thing: does it help you reach the inbox and grow your business?

Real support

Talk to people who know email. We help you set up, warm up and get the most from every campaign.

Your data is yours

We never sell or share your contacts. Export or delete your lists any time.

Built for India

GST invoices, UPI and rupee pricing — without limiting where you send.

How we build

What goes into MailNesto

MailNesto is an email marketing platform for businesses that sell, teach, host or serve customers in India, and for anyone elsewhere who wants the same tools. One account covers the whole job: a drag-and-drop builder, campaigns, automations, sign-up forms and landing pages, segments, reports, deliverability tools and transactional email through an API. Around that sit the extras growing businesses usually bolt on from other services: an AI writing assistant, a light sales CRM with deals and tasks, shopper predictions, event ticketing, and client workspaces for agencies.

Prices are in rupees with GST invoices. Sending is set up to protect your domain’s reputation from the first email. Consent and data requests have their own tools. The comparisons and guides on this site say plainly what was checked and when. If anything here doesn’t match what you see in the app, the app is the source of truth, and we would like to hear about the difference.

Billed the way Indian businesses pay

Plans in ₹, GST invoices that carry your GSTIN, and payment by UPI, cards or net banking. Customers outside India are billed in US dollars.

Deliverability before volume

New senders ramp up gradually, domains are checked for SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically.

Consent you can prove

Every subscribe, unsubscribe, update and erasure is logged with its source, and data requests get a 30-day due date.

Comparisons with sources

Pages comparing MailNesto with other tools are dated, link to the vendor pages they rely on, and mark anything that couldn’t be confirmed.

Help in plain English

Guides, a glossary and help articles that explain why a setting matters as well as where to click.

One account for the whole job

Campaigns, automations, forms, transactional email, CRM and events share one contact record, so nothing has to be copied between tools.

Billing

Priced and invoiced for India

Plans are shown in rupees and every payment produces a GST invoice. Add your GSTIN and state under Plan & billing, and the invoice shows CGST and SGST when you are in the same state as the seller, or IGST when you are not. Without a GSTIN you still get a proper invoice, marked as unregistered. Invoices and credit notes download as PDFs for your accountant.

Payment works the way most Indian businesses already pay: UPI, cards, net banking or wallets through Razorpay, or a bank transfer. An upgrade credits you for the unused part of your current plan, and a downgrade waits until the end of the period you have paid for, so changing plans never means paying twice. Businesses outside India see US dollar prices without GST and can add their own tax ID to invoices.

Deliverability

Set up to reach the inbox from the first send

An email that lands in spam is wasted however good it looks, so the defaults lean towards protecting your sender reputation. The Deliverability section walks you through SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain and checks the records live. New senders start on a gradual ramp with daily caps rather than a sudden blast to 40,000 addresses, which is how fresh domains get blocked.

Hard bounces and spam complaints are suppressed automatically and the suppression list applies to every campaign and automation. Each marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe header, and your postal address goes in the footer. Before you send, a spam check flags shouting subjects, unfinished links, image-heavy layouts and emails big enough for Gmail to clip. You can also run an inbox placement test, or send through your own service such as Amazon SES.

The platform

One contact record, many jobs

Many growing businesses end up with a newsletter tool, a form plugin, a separate service for order emails and a spreadsheet for leads. MailNesto puts all of that on one contact record. A shopper in Kochi who signs up through a pop-up, leaves a cart, gets a reminder, buys and later books a call appears once, with every step on their timeline.

Each part is meant to hold up on its own. The automation builder has branches with up to eight paths, goals and date triggers. Transactional email for receipts and one-time passwords runs through the same API and respects the same suppression list. The CRM adds deals, tasks, companies and lead scores without asking you to adopt a full sales suite, and events come with ticket emails and QR check-in at the door.

Teams and agencies

Made for small teams and the agencies that serve them

Roles are kept simple: owner, admin, marketer, analyst and developer, plus custom roles that grant view or edit access area by area. Analysts can read reports without being able to send anything, and developers can manage API keys without touching billing. Important changes are written to an audit log with who made them, when and from which address.

Agencies manage client workspaces from one login, each with its own contacts, allowance and settings, and can require approval so a marketer’s campaign waits for an owner or admin before it goes out. White-label puts the app and public pages under the agency’s own brand and domain.
