Tips
Tips for festivals emails
- Send greetings a day or two before the festival, offers a week ahead.
- Mention delivery cut-off dates clearly — people buy gifts against a deadline.
- Keep the colours festive but the call to action plain: one button, one offer.
- Respect people who don’t celebrate: greet warmly, don’t assume.
